The next weekend, 29-30 August, is back on track with the second round of the Italian GT Endurance Championship.
The Audi Sport Italia team arrives at the Imola circuit with a total race handicap of 30″ (15″ in the first pit stop and 15″ in the second) after the extraordinary victory obtained during the first weekend at the Mugello circuit.
For this appointment Mancinelli will be joined by Agostini and Vito Postiglione, professional driver and 2013 Italian GT3 champion, who will replace Drudi engaged in the 24h of Nurburgring.
“I am very energized and confident.” – Daniel said – “We will play with the BMW that chases us in the championship, the Lamborghini of Imperiale Racing and the Mercedes of Antonelli Motorsport that have proved to be very competitive right from the start. As always I will do my best to keep the lead of the championship after the great success of Mugello.”
The appointment is for Saturday 29th at 06.30 pm with the three qualifying sessions, while the three-hours race, live on TV on Raisport and on the ACI Sport website (www.acisport.it), will start on Sunday at 03.50 pm.
