An excellent fourth position

The weekend just ended at the Vallelunga circuit for the fifth round of the Italian Gran Turismo Championship was challenging for the Easy Race team.
During the Q1, Fontana managed to snatch a good seventh position.
At the start of race 1 Andrea immediately tried to recover positions but a contact with BMW made him lose the ground recovered, forcing the couple Mancinelli-Fontana to close in 7th position.
On the track for Q2, Mancinelli managed to conquer the sixth position on the starting grid just 4 tenths from the pole position.
At the start of race 2, Daniel suddenly recovered a position but at about 3 laps from the driver’s change the Italian driver, due to the radiator fluid lost by a Porsche, lost grip and had to give up a position to the Audi.
At the return on the track after the pit stop, Andrea, who was in 6th position, managed to get back on his opponents and to finish race 2 in 4th position.
“It was a difficult weekend at the Vallelunga circuit.” – Daniel said – “Fortunately we were able to bring home important points for the championship. For the next weekend at the Monza circuit the goal is to recover the little bit of speed that we missed and to aim for the podium. I would thank the team for the excellent job that has always been able to do on the Ferrari 488 GT3.”
The next round of the Italian Gran Turismo Championship is scheduled for 6-7 October at the Monza circuit.
